Can any of the process happen in Hungary? Yes, with the two Budapest partnership models:
LilyMed (Budapest) → Repromeda (Brno): All pre-IVF diagnostics, all stim monitoring (bloodwork, ultrasounds) at LilyMed in Budapest (~80 km from Gyöngyös). Only egg retrieval and embryo transfer in Brno. Hungarian coordinator accompanies you. No waiting list when going through LilyMed.
Istenhegyi (Budapest) → Gyncare (Košice): All tests and monitoring at Istenhegyi in Budapest. Only 3–4 trips to Košice (initial consult, one stim ultrasound, retrieval, transfer). Hungarian-speaking staff at both ends.
Worth asking other clinics: Whether they'd accept monitoring results from a local Budapest or Gyöngyös gynaecologist. Some clinics (especially Brno ones with international patient programs) may be flexible, which would dramatically reduce trips abroad even without a formal partnership.
Prague is far: At 530 km / 5.5 hrs each way, Prague clinics (IVF Cube, ISCARE, Europe IVF, Unica Prague) require 7–10 round trips for monitoring unless they accept remote monitoring. This is a significant logistics penalty vs. Brno (320 km) or Košice (200 km).
Day-trip feasibility: Košice (2.5 hrs) is easily a same-day round trip from Gyöngyös. Brno (3.5 hrs) is doable but tiring. Prague (5.5 hrs) likely needs an overnight.

I had 2 stimulations: when the first wasn't as successful as hoped, everything was discussed and medications adjusted for the next attempt with additional methods, so we were very satisfied with the second stimulation result. We had wonderful care from Veronika — always reachable (even on weekends if needed).
